Abstract

Sentiment analysis and opinion extraction is an important area to understand customer perception of the products. There are various existing approaches available to aid this purpose. Extracting the opinion from raw data is a challenging task, owing to the distributed data sources, inconsistent data formats. In this paper, based on the similarity of the text, opinion words and targets are extracted. Then the classification method adopted k-means algorithm.
